The most important part of a weight loss journey is the emotions. A lot of times, we ignore the hardships, pain, emotions, and feelings of our journeys just to push through it all to make it to the other side. I think its time we don't strong-arm ourselves into weight loss, but instead acknowledge our emotions throughout the process to allow for a steady healing, not only physically but mentally.
